A Multi-Storey Conceptual Marvel
Designing this spacious, multi-storey banquet hall in Mumbai was an exciting and creatively intense
challenge. Each level was envisioned with a distinct concept, allowing for diverse experiences, yet all
seamlessly tied together to avoid monotony and preserve a cohesive design identity under one roof.
The Outcome
The project demanded much more than just aesthetics. Given the existing old structure, our team
had to rework the technical backbone—including MEP services, energy systems, and structural
integrity—all while preserving the commercial project budget. From the start, we focused on:
Optimizing natural light Reducing water wastage Maximizing energy efficiency Ensuring thermal and
acoustic insulation Designing for long-term serviceability and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
Balancing these elements with the glamour and grandeur expected of a luxury banquet hall made
this project a creative and technical milestone for Allflurish Space Décor
